Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is National Storage (Operations) Pty Ltd (“National Storage”), Level 16 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of a minor. Employees of National Storage, Mater Foundation, or associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter, entrants must:
a) Complete and submit an online competition entry form at https://offers.nationalstorage.com.au/matervip during the Competition Period
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Prize Details
Winners Draw: Prize winners will be randomly drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 7th of January 2026.
Major Prize: One (1) winner.

The major prize excludes travel and accommodation. No part of the prize is transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize.
5. Winner Notification
The winners will be contacted via email and/or phone. If the winners do not respond within seven (7) days, National Storage reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
a) National Storage reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
b) Entries that are considered, in National Storage's absolute discretion, to be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, sexist, racist or otherwise inappropriate will be deemed invalid and rejected.
c) National Storage is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or additional costs incurred by the winner in relation to claiming or using the prize.
d) If the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond National Storage’s control or the winner is unwilling to accept the prize, no cash alternative or replacement prize will be offered.
7. Privacy
By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from National Storage. These emails include an ability to opt-out. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with National Storage’s privacy policy (accessible here).
If you are the winner, you agree to National Storage publishing your name and a photograph of you in any media (including social media) for the purpose of promoting this competition.
8. Limitation of Liability
National Storage will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
