Bathurst 12 Hour Race Suit Giveaway
Competition Period: 12.00pm (AEST) Monday, 12th of February 2024 to 11.59pm (AEST) Sunday, 25th of February 2024.
Prize: One (1) Triple Eight Race Engineering Driver Race Suit worn by either Broc Feeney, Will Brown or Mikael Grenier during the 2024 Bathurst 12 Hour event.
Terms and Conditions:
The promoter of this competition is National Storage (Operations) Pty Ltd (“National Storage”), Level 16 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane Qld 4000. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. A parent or guardian may apply on behalf of a minor. To enter this competition, entrants must complete and submit an online competition entry form located above during the Competition Period set out above. One (1) entry only is allowed per person. Entries for this competition are open strictly for the Competition Period only. There will be one (1) prize winner only. The winner will be drawn at random at 10.00am (AEST) on Monday, 26th of February 2024. The winner will be published on National Storage’s website and will be contacted by a National Storage representative via email. National Storage will send one (1) Triple Eight Race Engineering Race Suit to the winner’s nominated postal address. National Storage will endeavour to send the prize within 30 days of the end of the Competition Period; however, timing is subject to the availability of Triple Eight Race Engineering apparel. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable. If the winner is unwilling to accept, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. National Storage is not liable to the winner for a replacement prize or cash equivalent if the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of National Storage’s control.
By entering this competition entrants:
1. agree to receive promotional emails from National Storage. These promotional emails include opt out options;
2. warrant that they meet the entry eligibility requirements set out above and accept these terms and conditions; and
3. acknowledge that personal information will be collected by National Storage. All personal information will be collected and dealt with in accordance with National Storage’s privacy policy (a copy of the policy can be accessed here).
If National Storage reasonably considers there has been a breach by the entrant of these terms and conditions, National Storage reserves all rights to exclude the entrant from participating in the competition or receiving any prize.
