Competition Period: 12.00pm (AEST) Monday, 4th of December 2023 to 11.59pm (AEST) Sunday, 28th of January 2024
First Prize: One (1) x 1-hour net session with a Brisbane Heat batsman, one (1) x signed Brisbane Heat 2023/24 Men’s Replica BBL Shirt, and one (1) x signed Brisbane Heat cricket bat.
Runner Up Prize: One (1) x signed Brisbane Heat 2023/24 Men’s Replica BBL Shirt.
Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this competition is National Storage (Operations) Pty Ltd (“National Storage”), Level 16 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane Qld 4000. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. A parent or guardian may apply on behalf of a minor. To enter this competition, entrants must complete and submit an online competition entry form located above during the Competition Period set out above. One (1) entry only is allowed per person. Entries for this competition are open strictly for the Competition Period only. There will be one (1) winner of the First Prize and one (1) winner of the Runner Up Prize only. The winners will be drawn at random at 10.00am (AEST) on Monday, 29th of January 2024. The winners will be published on National Storage’s website and will be contacted by a National Storage representative via email. National Storage will liaise with the Brisbane Heat to facilitate the net session with a Brisbane Heat batsman for the First Prize winner. National Storage will arrange for the signed shirt and bat to be sent to the First Prize winner’s nominated postal address. National Storage will arrange for the signed shirt to be sent to the Runner Up Prize winner’s nominated postal address. National Storage will endeavour to send the shirts for the First Prize and Runner Up Prize to the winners within 30 days of the end of the Competition Period, however timing is subject to the availability of Brisbane Heat merchandise. No part of the Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable. If the winner is unwilling to accept, they forfeit the Prize, and National Storage is not obliged to substitute the Prize. National Storage is not liable to the winner for a replacement prize or cash equivalent if the Prize cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of National Storage’s control. National Storage is not responsible for any of the First Prize winner’s travel or accommodation costs that may be associated with the First Prize.
By entering this competition entrants:
1. agree to receive promotional emails from National Storage. These promotional emails include opt out options;
2. warrant that they meet the entry eligibility requirements set out above and accept these terms and conditions; and
3. acknowledge that personal information will be collected by National Storage. All personal information will be collected and dealt with in accordance with National Storage’s privacy policy (a copy of the policy can be accessed here).
If National Storage reasonably considers there has been a breach by the entrant of these terms and conditions, National Storage reserves all rights to exclude the entrant from participating in the competition or receiving any prize.
