Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is National Storage (Operations) Pty Ltd (“National Storage”), Level 16 Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of a minor. Employees of National Storage, Brisbane Heat, or associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter, entrants must complete and submit an online competition entry form during the Competition Period;
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday, 6th of January 2025. The winner will receive:
- One (1) signed Brisbane Heat Men’s Replica BBL Shirt;
- One (1) Brisbane Heat Men’s Replica BBL Shirt;
- One (1) indigenous Brisbane Heat Men’s Replica BBL Shirt;
- One (1) signed Brisbane Heat cricket bat.
The merchandise will be sent to the winner’s nominated address (located within Australia or New Zealand) within 30 days, subject to availability. No part of the prize is transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on National Storage’s website and contacted via email. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, National Storage reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
a) National Storage reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.
b) National Storage is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or additional costs incurred by the winner in relation to claiming or using the prize.
c) If the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond National Storage’s control or the winner is unwilling to accept the prize, no cash alternative or replacement prize will be offered.
7. Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from National Storage. These emails include an ability to opt-out. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with National Storage’s privacy policy (accessible here).
If you are the winner, you agree to National Storage publishing your name for the purpose of promoting this competition.
8. Limitation of Liability
National Storage will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
